My love for sports runs deep, and there’s nothing I enjoy more than sharing this passion with you. I’ve embraced all sorts of activities: Judo to Basketball, Squash, Trekking, Climbing, and Rowing. Since 2008 I found a special place in my heart for Rugby. For me, sports is so much more than the pursuit of a perfect figure and big muscles; it’s about the happiness we feel during exercising and the health benefits we gain when we move our bodies the right way.

I’m a firm believer that the best results come from a blend of the right methods and a genuine, person-centered approach. Being a personal trainer is not just a job for me; it’s who I am, a delightful mix of my outgoing nature and my passion for all things athletic. As an occupational therapist and personal trainer, my goal is to positively touch your life, helping you transform into the healthiest, strongest version of you. This is why I created the “New Version of Me” methodology.

In my free time when the rugby ball is down my dog Sansa and I love to go for long walks and visit the beaches of the Northern Sea.
